Located in the vibrant neighborhood of Queens, Flushing. This project encompassing 1,214,000 sq.ft inclusive of a public plaza was awarded to Handel Architects. The project outline was challenging as it was already approved by ULURP (Uniform land use review procedure) whereby which most of the massing was already predetermined. With limited freedom on changing the encompassing form we had provide creative and phased solutions for successful implementation of the project. As an associate at the time I was incharge of a 150,000 sq.ft office block on the south west (parcel E) of the overall masterplan. I was also the lead visualizer for the project responsible for renders and the animation presented to the client.
